Seeking active representation on public and semi-public bodies (such as the Ministry of Environment) to influence industry-related policies.

Institutional Liaison & Endorsement
Representing members in negotiations with government departments and financial institutions. We provide letters of recommendation to qualified members to assist with contracts, financing, and hire-purchase agreements.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Acting as a neutral arbitrator to settle differences between members or disputes involving third parties.

Pricing Standardization
Establishing a set of standardized costing guidelines to ensure fair and ethical pricing for cleaning contracts across Malaysia.
